What Happens in an RTT Session?

1. Initial Consultation

Every session begins with a discussion about your goals, challenges, and what you want to achieve. Karen will listen deeply to understand your unique story and tailor the session to your needs. This ensures the process is personalised and precise.

2. Relaxation & Hypnotic Induction

You’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation—a natural, safe, and comfortable trance-like state. In this state, your subconscious mind becomes highly receptive, allowing transformative insights and healing to take place.

3. Exploration of the Root Cause

While in this relaxed state, Karen will help you uncover the origin of your limiting beliefs, patterns, or behaviours. This could be linked to past experiences, childhood programming, or repeated patterns in your life. The goal is clarity, understanding, and awareness.

4. Rewriting Limiting Beliefs

Once the root cause is identified, Karen will guide your subconscious to release old patterns and replace them with empowering, positive beliefs that support your goals and wellbeing.

5. Post-Session Integration & Recording

At the end of the session, you’ll receive a personalised hypnosis recording to reinforce the changes and continue your transformation at home. Karen may also provide guidance on integrating your new insights into daily life.

6. Lasting Change

Most clients notice immediate shifts in mindset, confidence, and behaviour, often after just one session. Follow-up sessions, if needed, help deepen and solidify transformation
